What does your internal compass look like?
What guides you and the choices you make?
We all have something internal that
helps us make split second decisions.
Is yours a strong, don't second guess me.
Once you make a decision do you question it?
I see this lighthouse on the rocky shore and it reminds me of a story.
The proud captain of a vessel is heading in
from a long journey.
He and his crew are tired and worn down from their long trip.
The captain sees a light in the night and he signals out for the other vessel to give way.
With no answer on this foggy night he calls out again, and a third time.
You see this captain has sailed many journeys and was very proud.
He gives one last cry out for the other vessel to change course before they collide.
About that time the fog lifts only to see this very light house.
You see the captain's ego was much bigger than his ability to see.
You see your ego can get you into situations that you can't imagine if you let it.
When making decisions, keep your eyes open for the lighthouse.
Have a great day!
