Time moves so fast!

Most of us can understand that!

And if your my age or older

the above statements are so true.

We have heard the checkbook analogy,

you get so much credit,

and once it is gone your gone.

Each day we spend a little more.

Are you getting your moneys worth?

Everyday we make hundreds of choices.

Choices eliminate options.

Choice determine our future.

Take time to make the right choice today.

you choice.

their day with the news.

Remember a few things about the news:

First think about the last few times you watched-how much was good news?

What does it do to your mood?

They say what you think about expands,

last time I checked news was 85% negative.
