You will find a way or

Ok, so lets say you have a new routine.
You get up at 5AM for a work out
and your eating right.
It is great until the end of the first week.
You are so worn out you cannot sleep
 and your are so hungry you could eat a bear.
You feel like quitting.
What should you do?
First, don't forget the progress you have made.
Next, adjustments.
Make some adjustments to your new routine.
Make it work.
