I wonder what was going through
Roger Banister's mind in 1958 when he broke the 4 minute mile record.
You know he was the very first person
ever to break 4 minutes.
Most people say he believed that he could.
That is where it all starts is believing.
I find it amazing that when working in a car dealership in sales that we look for the one guy that can deliver 20-30 cars a month.
We hire that person to bring everyone along.
If not then we just except that 10-12 cars delivered a month is acceptable.
As a matter of fact most salespeople don't believe that they can sell 30 cars because it is not the norm.
It all starts with believing.
Set your goals and believe.
Only then can you achieve.
