Many of you know that I am a Trainer.
Each week with a new group of attendees.
They are primarily New Hires.
I challenge them to make mistakes.
Here are a couple of facts:
1. If your not making mistakes your not working hard enough.
2. You learn more from mistakes.
I always express that your managers will not get upset when you make a mistake.
Managers only get upset if you continue to make the same mistake time after time.
Most often, your lessons come from those mistakes, only if you learn from them.
