I would trade my most productive salesperson with a negative attitude for several average salespeople with good attitudes.
I love productive people in any setting. You can pick them from a distance.
How may I assist you? What can I do for you? They are eager to please. They understand that their job in sales is to serve.
Actually that is what Salesperson translated means, someone that serves.
When you forget that and you feel that you have arrived is when you start going backwards.
When you come to any training class and close your mind to learning, because you know it all..
Check your attitude, I'd replace you.
