Have you ever tried really hard to play within the rules of the game or office and lose out to someone that was a little "creative" with the rules? I would say that is frustrating at the very least. It happens to all of us.
Have you been surrounded by "yes men". Kind of hard to gut..
My advice when making decisions is do the right thing. It does not matter if it is at work or at home. And yes, I have heard the saying "it is never wrong to do the right thing". And you can say that but you best understand a few things. First be grounded. Understand your enviroment. You must have real expectations of your enviroment. If you hate going to work, and don't enjoy your co-workers then you should make some decisions about where you work. That situation long term would be a difficult one for anyone involved and you could surley find a better fit for yourself.
Attitude fixes a lot of things, but not everything. Sometimes you have to use a little common sense.
Your Attitude, Your Choice.
