Empathy

When thinking of Sales the key word that comes to mind is Empathy.
Empathy-the ability to understand another person.
Not to be confused with Sympathy.
Sympathy-when you feel like that person.
Or Apathy-someone that does not care.
If I understand what your thinking and why,
can I not sell you something.
